By installing or using DeskReset, you agree to this license. Use it for personal wellness — not commercial purposes. Exercise at your own risk and consult a doctor if you have any health concerns. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Washington State law governs this agreement.
We (Noah Allard, developer of DeskReset, "we," "us," or "our") grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DeskReset on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.
This license does not include the right to:
DeskReset — including its name, logo, design, exercise content, workout programs, and underlying software — is owned by Noah Allard and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the personal license described in Section 01.
By using DeskReset you acknowledge and agree that:
DeskReset offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Your trial begins when you start it in the app. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription activates and your payment method will be charged. Cancel any time before the trial ends through the Google Play Store to avoid being charged.
All subscriptions are processed and managed through the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. By subscribing you authorize Google Play to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions → DeskReset → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests may be submitted to Google Play under their refund policy, or to us at help@deskresetapp.info.
DeskReset stores your workout history, preferences, and settings locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data. Calendar access, when granted, is used only on-device to suggest workout times that fit your schedule. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
DeskReset is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any exercise content or suggestions within the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Allard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of DeskReset, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this agreement or is harmful to others.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of DeskReset shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington. By using DeskReset, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you within the app. Continued use of DeskReset after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Noah Allard regarding your use of DeskReset. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
